Our wreath arrived in Ohio last Monday and is in great shape and the gifted wreath that went to Tennessee was also delivered on Monday in great shape. Our wreath has a nice Christmas tree fragrance as you walk by. I hope you will notify me next winter when the time gets near to order.

From an initial Online Chat with a real customer service person focusing on actual service without a canned script in their hand, to delivery of my beautifully packed evergreens, this has been a very pleasant experience. The generous box of balsam tips were very full and fragrant. Their arrangements are lovely, bringing that nostalgic scent of Christmas throughout the house. Blind online purchases can be iffy, but Family Traditions earns your business with excellent merchandise, packing/shipping, reasonable pricing, detailed communication, and most importantly, Customer Care. I'll definitely be re-ordering next year and recommend this Down-East company to all my expat New England friends.

My 98 year-old aunt and I were reminiscing about the wonderful smells of Christmas, especially balsam trees, when I decided to find a wreath for her. I decided on your site because it had free shipping and offered a Black Friday special.
The wreath arrived very quickly after it was ordered. My aunt expressed her pleasure at how wonderful it smells. She stated it is one of the nicest Balsam wreaths she has received. She told me about the lovely bow and decorations on it. She also liked the tips on how to keep it fresh. She said she never had thought about how bad it could be for the health of the wreath to hang it between two doors. Anyway your wreath has reinforced some beautiful Christmas memories and brought pleasure to a person difficult to buy for.

This was our 1st experience with FAMILY TRADITION WREATHS. We ordered 8 wreaths and had them shipped to Massachusetts, western New York, Virginia, Colorado, Arizona and Washington state. We chose standard delivery, 2 (business) days to MA, 3 to NY and VA, 5 to CO, 6 to AZ and WA. All of them arrived fresh, full, fragrant and beautiful. Every year we try to find a little something so our families will know we're thinking of them. These wreaths will be it from now on! They really are exceptional.

This is the second year that we have used Family Tradition Wreaths, again with great results. The wreath that we received is elegant - fresh, thick, and fragrant.
We've ordered over a dozen wreaths sent to friends around the country, and the company has been very easy to deal with. Wreaths sent as far as California have been received fresh and in excellent shape, and have kept well into February!
We have been notified by email with tracking numbers when wreaths are shipped, and will continue to use Family Tradition Wreaths in the future. Truly great wreaths at a great price
