Ordering & Shipping Info

At Family Tradition Wreath Company we ship your order for FREE!!! We also will ship to your friends and family at no extra cost to you. We make gift buying easy. All balsam products are bagged and boxed to ensure your product is fresh upon arrival.

• We begin accepting orders for the new season on September 1st.
  
• We ship to the continental United States only.
  
• The ship via UPS Ground.
  
• We will start shipping the Monday after Thanksgiving, once your order ships we will notify you and provide tracking info via Email.
  
• Once picked up by UPS, wreaths can take five to seven days for delivery depending on its final destination.
  
• Place your order as early as possible so it can be processed and shipped without delay.
  
• To ensure delivery by Christmas all orders must be placed by December 10th.
  
• Buying as a gift? Want to ship to multiple addresses? It's easy, make sure you have the quantity you want added to your shopping cart, and don't forget to add any gift card messages you want.
  
  Under the "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" section during check out list the names and addresses of the other people you wish to send to. It's that easy and we will take care of the rest for you.
  
  Please note there is a $25 returned check fee. We reserve the right to hold your order until the check clears our bank.
